Cristiana Fragola

Director of Partnerships and Government Relations, Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy

Cristiana V. Fragola is the Director of Partnerships and Government Relations of the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate and Energy. She has been supporting Mayors and Cities in developing and implementing climate action and resilience strategies for the past decade. She started with the Mayor Bloomberg’s administration in NYC and moving on to establish regional offices for The C40 Climate Leadership Group and the 100 Resilient Cities city networks. Prior to joining the urban practice, she served as legal advisor to the UNDP on MDGs financing and as corporate finance associate with Clifford Changes Rogers & Wells. She holds an LLM from the University of Pennsylvania for which she received a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholarship and MC-MPA with focus on Sustainability and Environmental Studies from the Harvard Kennedy School, for which she received a Zuckerman Fellowship. She is fluent in English, Spanish and French. Italian is her native tongue. She is a certified consultant in Cultural Transformation & Values Based Leadership with the Barrett Values-Center.
