Ms Telly Chauke is a Specialist on Environmental Management and Climate Change at the South African Local Government Association (SALGA). She is responsible for facilitating support to municipalities on policy and practice related to environmental management and climate change.

Ms Chauke represents South African municipalities in national intergovernmental structures and forums; provides policy and technical advice to member municipalities, and leads SALGA’s the Climate Finance Support programme.
